Home cooked Nachos and Chicken Wrap Recipe~

Nanchos wif Cili Padi Tomato Sauces

Bahan2:
2 keping onion wrap

** Gunting segi tiga spt dlm gmbr dan bakar selama 10-15 min suhu 150-170°c. Jgn garing. Agak brownie and rangup. Siap!

Sos:
1 biji tomato
1 biji bawang merah sederhana saiz
4 biji cili padi (kurangkan andai tak suka pedas)
Secubit oregano
Garam & brown sugar secukup rasa
** Blend kn semua bahan di atas. Masakkan di atas api. Tumis agak kering dan naik bau. FH guna olive oil~


Chicken Wrap
2 keping wrap

**panaskan ketika nk roll/wrap nti~


Bahan2 Inti
1 bhgn dada (gril dgn black pepper sauce etc shgga ayam masak. Juicy pn xpe lg best~)
** kmdian dh siap masak. Hiriskn spt kebab~

2 keping cheese
Salad
Tomato dadu/hiris
Sos cili/tomato
Thousand island
** wrap kesemua inti td. Dan ptong dua dan siap dihidang~

Watermelon Look-Alike Raisin Bread

Assalamualaikum and Morning!

Rutin harian FH terjah utube! Mencari resepi, belajar pelbagai teknik dll.. N for sure.... Baking n baking!!! Takpun, western. Bilalah nak belajar buat kuih muih kita ni.. FH, FH, FH~ (=_=")

Terbaru, FH sgt2 fall in love dgn idea roti tembikai ni... Watermelon Look-Alike Raisin Bread.. Cantik... Warna dia... Adeh.... Heee




FH dh cuba dan enjoy spent time main warna2 adunan roti ni... Bab uli roti tu, uli kena kental sikit!!! Tangan pn kena kuat dan uli lebih lama lagi! Tak gebus mcm dlm utube! Sigh~

Ok... Atas permintaan ramai.. Ni resepi Watermelon Look-Alike Raisin Bread! :)So... Ni resepi dia..~



Recipe:


Ingredients:


320 g bread flour
1 medium egg (about 50 g)
3/4 teaspoon instant dry yeast
50g unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 teaspoon salt
20 g fine sugar (I used 30 g)
160 c.c. milk
3/4 cup raisins


green food colouring
red food colouring


Method:


1) Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl,except butter and raisins. Beat until a dough is formed.
Add in butter to beat till an elastic and smooth dough is formed.


2) Divide dough into 3 portions, 1/2 for red (about 300g), 1/4 (about 150 g) for green and the other
1/4 (about 150 g) is original (no add colour).


3) Add red food colour to the largest portion of dough and knead until combined, add in 3/4 cup pf raisins until raisins are incorporated into the dough. Place in a lightly oil container, cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot to rise until doubled in size (about 45 - 60 minutes).


4) Add green colour to one the 1/2 portion of dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise until doubled in size, The remaining half portion do not need to add colour, also cover with wrap and leave to rise until doubled in size.


5) Once the dough have doubled in size, place the red dough on the table lightly dusted with flour. Punch down to remove air bubbles and roll into a log shape. The length of the red log should be the length of the bottom of the bread pan.


6) Roll out the white dough with a rolling pin until large enough to completely cover the red log. Brush some milk on the white dough and then wrap the white piece around the red log. Make sure the red is covered and pinch the seams firmly to seal .


7) Roll out the green piece of dough until large enough to cover the white log shape. Brush with some milk and wrap completely around the white log, pinch the seams firmly to seal. Place the log into a greased loaf pan ( I used 5" x 9" x 3"ht). Cover with plastic wrap and leave to proof for 60 minutes or doubled in size.


8) Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree C for 35 - 38 minutes.


9) Remove from oven and demould immediately, let it cool on the rack.

p.s: FH sapukan telur di atas roti utk lebih shining dan browning.. 

Cornflakes Chocolate Bar

Ingredients
serves makes 16 squares, active time 20 minutes, total time 2 hours

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup light brown sugar
Pinch salt
4 cups corn flakes, lightly crushed
1/3 cup salted peanuts, chopped and divided
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped


Procedures
Line 8- by 8-inch baking pan with foil. In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add peanut butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, and salt and continue to cook, stirring, until melted and smooth.

Stir in corn flakes, 1/4 cup peanuts, and vanilla until just combined. Spoon into prepared pan and smooth top.

In heatproof bowl over pan of barely simmering water (or in microwave), heat chocolate until just melted. 

Spread over top. Sprinkle with remaining chopped peanuts. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Remove from pan and cut into 2-inch squares.



#FH tak potong kecik2. Masukkan dlm bread pan dan siram coklat yg berwalnut.

Resepi Spaghetti Carbonara #Homemade

Selamat pg puan-puan, akak-akak dan adik2 di rumah tu...
Bertemu kembali kita dlm segmen masak2 bersama Chef Cik FH...

Erkkkkkkk!!! Mimpi kamu ni, FH :p

Sudah... Ni resepi carbonara yg sgt simple utk kawan2 yg request di IG. Mohon maaf ye semua FH limitkan sharing is caring gmbr2 masakan di FB atas faktor2 tertentu. Mohon kawan2 utk add IG FH @fatinhananie tq~

FYI.. Tak mau guna instant carbonara prego dll.. Buat sendiri ye.. Haip.. Jgn malas~ ^_<

Bahan-bahannya:

1/2 cekek spaghetti yang belum direbus
1 batang sosej ayamas, potong kecil
5 ekor udang saiz sederhana, kupas kulit, cuci dan toskan
1 helai bay leaf
Secubit oregano/parsley/basil/thyme etc kering (FH mmg suka eksperimen dgn herbs ni. Test bau dan kelainan rasa stp kali buat carbonara)
3/4 cawan air cawan air
1.2 cawan susu segar
3 sudu besar tepung dibancuh dgn 8-10 sudu air ( Agak cair bancuhannya )
Serbuk lada hitam
1/2 kuib pati ayam
1/2 biji bawang Holland, didadu
2 ulas bawang putih, cincang halus
Tomato/cili benggala dipotong dadu
Beberapa helai fresh basil/parsli etc, untuk hiasan
Secubit herbs pilihan utk ditabur sbg hiasan
Olive oil utk menumis~

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. Spaghetti direbus dalam air mendidih bergaram hingga lembut, toskan dan gaul dengan sedikit minyak zaitun.
  2. Panaskan sedikit minyak zaitun dalam non-stick pan, tumis bawang putih, bawang holland, bay leaf dan sosej hingga layu, perlahan kan api dan masukkan sos spaghetti, kacau rata dan masukkan air. Kacau.
  3. Tumis bawang holand & bay leaf serta sosej sehingga naik bau. 
  4. Kemudiannya, masukkan susu dan biar seketika sehingga agak mendidih (buih2 akan naik dgn cepat ye). Masukkan air dan kiub pati ayam dan biarkan mendidih. 
  5. Tambah udang dan herba pilihan atau basil kering, masak dengan api perlahan. 
  6. Bila carbonara mula mendidih masukkan cili benggala & bancuhan tepung sambil kacau kuah tersebut (Bancuhan tepung akan berketul andai dibiar tanpa dikacau ye) sehingga mendidih dan barulah masukkan tomato. 
  7. Masukkan spaghetti tadi ke dalam carbonara dan gaul rata2 (Option: Blh hidang spaghetti & kuah berasingan). Hidangkan bersama hiasan dengan belahan tomato ceri, fresh basil dan tabur dengan serbuk lada hitam bersama secubit herbs pilihan masing2. Hidangkan.

Cream Puff

Assalamualaikum wbt..
Wah.... lamanye tak singgah blog FH ni. Berbulan lamanye FH x update resepi baru.... Cuti 3 bulan berlalu bgitu saja... waaaa... Bz di dapur... Mf ye..
Crust
Bahan2 :125 gm self raising flour atau tepung gandum + 2 sudu teh baking powder
100 gm butter
250 ml air1/2 sudu teh gula3 biji telur                         
 Cara 2 :
Panaskan oven pada suhu 220 darjah C.Satukan butter, air dan gula dalam periuk. Panaskan sehingga butter cair.Selepas ia mula mendidih, terus masukkan tepung. Kacau dengan pantas sehingga ia kurang melekat pada dinding periuk. Konsistensi perlulah kental. biarkan adunan betul-betul sejuk.Selepas sejuk, masukkan telur satu persatu. Kacau sehingga rata dahulu sebelum dimasukkan telur seterusnya. FH pukul guna mixer hingga adunan licin.Gunakan beg paip dan paipkan mengikut bentuk yang anda suka di atas dulang yang telah disapu marjerin.Renjiskan cream puff dengan sedikit air.Bakar dalam oven dengan suhu 200c hingga permukaan puff kecoklatan,lebih kurang 30 minit.Suhu yang panas membantu puff naik dengan sempurna. Pastikan puff telah benar-benar masak sebelum dikeluarkan dari oven.Ia kelihatan ringan,bahagian bawahnya tidak melekat di dulang dan telah berwarna kuning kecoklatan sedikit. Jika dikeluarkan sebelum cukup masak, puff akan turun dan tidak berongga di dalamnya.Selepas dibakar. Buatlah lubang dibawah atau belah dua secara melintang dan paipkan dengan krim pastri atau sebarang krim yang anda suka dan salutkan atas dengan coklat cair atau ayakkan dengan sedikit gula icing...
Custard Filling Resepi: 
Bahan2:
2 camca besar tepung kastard
2 camca besar gula kastor
1 1/3 cawan susu segar
30 gram mentega (kurang lebih 2 camca teh)
2 camca teh esen vanilla
Cara2:
Satukan semua bahan untuk kastard kecuali mentega dan esen vanilla.Kacau rata dengan whisk dan masak dengan api perlahan sambil terus dikacau hingga pekat.Padam api, tambah mentega dan esen vanilla, kacau rata dan biar sejuk. Ketepikan.  Paipkan kastard filling di tgh2 crust. Letakkan buah2an kesukaan anda. Taburkan gula icing di atas cream cruff anda dan sedia dihidang!!! :)
Kesemua ni FH bekalkan kt Syira utk Jamuan Raya di rumah Cikgu Yasmin..Buat kecik2 comey lote.. Masuk mulut ngap sekali je... Hehe.Mujur habis licin kata Syira :)

Tomyam Ayam Thai


Bahan-bahannya:  
Beberapa ketul daging ayam dipotong kecil
3 sudu besar pes tomyam Thai
Beberapa helai daun limau purut
2 batang serai – dititik
5 – 6 biji cili padi - diketuk
1 sudu besar sos ikan
2 sudu besar susu pekat
2 biji limau nipis – diperah dan diambil jusnya
Garam secukup rasa
1 labu bawang besar – dipotong bulat
Bunga kobis
Lobak merah – dipotong bulat
1 batang daun saderi – dipotong pendek
1 biji buah tomato
6 batang crab filament stick - dipotong pendek
(Banyaknya penggunaan sayur terpulang kepada citarasa masing-masing)

Penyediaannya:
1. Masukkan air secukupnya bersama pes tomyam, serai, limau purut, dan cili padi. Kacau dan masak sehingga mendidih.
2. Kemudian masukkan ayam dan masak sehingga ayam empuk.
3. Perasakan dengan garam, susu pekat, sos ikan, dan jus limau nipis. Kacau rata. Akhir sekali masukkan bunga kobis, lobak merah, bawang besar, buah tomato, batang saderi dan crab filament stick. Biarkan sebentar sehingga mendidih, dan kemudian tutup api
4.  Bolehlah dihidangkan.  Sedap dimakan sewaktu tomyam masih panas.


Tomato Pasta Sauce~





INGREDIENTS

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 2 x 400g cans good-quality chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 organic chicken or vegetable stock cube

Method

  1. Place a saucepan over a medium heat, add a splash of oil and the onion, and cook for 5-10 minutes until softened.
  2. Using the flat of a small knife squash the clove of garlic, add a pinch of salt to create friction and continue pushing down and rubbing the garlic against the board with the knife until you have a paste.
  3. Add the garlic to the onions, cook for a minute, then add the chopped tomatoes, tomato purée and cayenne pepper, and crumble in the stock cube. Mix all the ingredients together and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and the stock has totally melted.

  4. Serve with your choice of pasta.

Fluffy Pancakes





1 1/4 cups flour
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 1/3 cups milk
3 tablespoons oil
Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk milk, egg, and oil together.

In a larger bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

Slowly add liquid mixture to dry mixture and whisk well.

Spray large frying pan with cooking spray, and heat to medium heat.

Wait until pan gets nice and hot.

Make pancakes whatever size you wish-- allowing top to form bubbles before turning over.

Cook until both sides are golden brown.

These can be frozen and toasted in the toaster to be reheated.

They are wonderful reheated!

Serve with maple syrup, or whatever you wish to put on your pancakes!

Banana Nutela Crepe Recipe~

Hai! Apa khbr semua readers yg dikasihi sekalian... FH alhamdulillah... Maaf ye diatas serba kekurangan mengedit gambar cantik2 dan kiut-miut serta kelewatan mengemaskini blog resepi FH yg amat kekurangan ini. Sedaya upaya FH share resepi2 di sini ok! Kepada yg pm fan page facebook blog resepi ini akak  http://resepidapur-fht.blogspot.com/, terima kasih teguran dan pandangan.. FH juga mengharapkan agar semua yg menyokong FH agar memahami tuntutan masa FH sebagai pelajar ketika ini.. Keterbatasan masa agak membataskan beberapa perkara terutama dalam 'memeriahkan' blog ini.. Harap maklum~

Makes about 20 crêpes

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter, plus more for pan

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a blender, whisk the eggs, milk, water, and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth. Add the flour and sugar and whisk to combine. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of the melted butter. Strain the batter into another bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow all the air bubbles to settle.

Heat a small crêpe pan (or nonstick skillet) over medium high heat. Swirl 1 teaspoon of butter in the pan and add a small amount of batter to the pan–swirl the pan so that the batter evenly and thinly coats the bottom. Cook for about 30 seconds (until lightly browned) and flip. Cook for another 10-15 seconds and remove to a plate. Continue cooking the rest of the batter, adding additional butter every third crêpe or so. Place the crêpes on a sheet tray, cover with aluminum foil, and keep warm in a 225 degree F oven until ready to serve. (NOTE: They taste best right out of the pan, so don’t let them sit too long in the oven!)

To serve: Spread each crêpe with your desired topping: Nutella, warm chocolate sauce, jam, butter and sugar, lemon, etc. and then fold in half, then into fourths, like a napkin. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

p/s: FH gunakan Nutella dan pisang... FH lagi suka kalau letak ice cream / whipping cream bersama nutella dan pisang td! Marvelous bebeh! ^_^ 

Simply Easy Breakfast / Dinner!

Homemade Cream Cheese of Mushroom Soup,  Baby Potatoes with  Herbs, Garlic Bread and  Steamed Corn




Homemade Cream Cheese of Mushroom Soup


Ingredients:

8 ounces fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1 -2 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2 -3 tablespoons flour (separated)
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup light cream or 1 cup evaporated milk 
2 slices of cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Melt butter in large frying pan. Add in onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft.

Blend in 2 T. flour and stir.

Add in the chicken broth and heat until slightly thickened while stirring frequently.

Stir cream with additional 1 T. flour and seasonings. Add in cream to soup. Heat to thicken while stirring frequently.

Serve and enjoy!

Roasted Baby Potatoes with Herbs

Ingredients

2 pounds small potatoes, baby Yukon gold or red skin potatoes
6 cloves garlic, cracked away from skin
2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, enough to just coat potatoes
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Halve potatoes and place on a cookie sheet. Combine with cracked cloves of garlic. Coat potatoes and garlic with extra-virgin oil and season with rosemary, salt and pepper.

Garlic Bread

Ingredients
  • Rolls, buns or leftover french bread
  • Butter
  • Parmesan Cheese Powder
  • Garlic Powder or some brand of garlic bread sprinkle
  • Italian Seasoning
Instructions
  • Spread a layer of butter on each roll or bun.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
  • Sprinkle with other toppings of choice.
  • Place under broiler until cheese melts and begins to turn brown. Watch closely
